Pieces pictured on this website are made one at a time by hand using many different materials. Most pieces can be made in other materials than pictured for reasons of aesthetics or budget.
Final prices will vary depending on choice of stones and materials.
A fully refundable 30% deposit is required to begin all custom work and full payment is due at time of shipping.
Policies
Return Policy
Jrudylewis.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition.
Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.
For your security, please return your pieces with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. jrudylewis.com, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Shipping Policy
jrudylewis.com offers shipping via Fed-Ex. Please note that Fed-Ex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.
For pieces over $100 ground shipping is included.
** Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.

Repair Policy
We will repair any design purchased through jrudylewis.com. Please email info@jrudylewis.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, invoice or piece number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
If your piece has been made within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, a repair charge may be incurred. Any item that needs to be repaired will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
